ELFT recognises that people’s lived experience is invaluable. People Participation provides a platform for service users and carers to be involved in many aspects of the Trust's work to have their say and to work together with staff members to improve the way services are being led, planned, delivered and evaluated.
People Participation (PP) is about service users, carers and staff working collaboratively to shape the future of services. We need service users and carers help to create the very best services, but this can only be achieved with your voice, expertise and insights.
The PP team offers training and support for service users and carers who wish to be actively involved in the Trust i.e. Interview Panels, Quality Improvement and Service Accreditation.
